REFUND POLICY

Digital Products
Due to the immediate access and downloadable nature of digital products, all digital sales are FINAL. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on downloadable products, courses, journals, templates, or digital materials once access has been granted.

If you experience issues such as duplicate charges or technical problems accessing your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of purchase so we can assist in resolving the issue.

Physical Products
Physical items may qualify for replacement or refund if received damaged, defective, or incorrect. Requests must be submitted via email (see CONTACT US section below) within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and photos of the issue.

Third-Party Purchases
Products purchased through third-party marketplaces, printers, or fulfillment providers are subject to the policies of the original purchase platform or provider.
